The Setup

• Coffee: Tanka
• Machine: Breville Bambino Plus
• Grinder: Timemore C2 Manual Grinder
• Dose: 18g
• Shot setting: Standard automatic double shot

Mohammad's Method

1. Grind 18g of Tanka on the Timemore C2 — dial in your grind size to suit your taste (finer for more body and intensity, coarser to highlight brightness and clarity).
2. Distribute evenly in the portafilter and tamp firmly until level.
3. Lock the portafilter into the Bambino Plus and select the automatic double shot setting.
4. Let the machine do its thing — the Bambino Plus handles pre-infusion and extraction automatically.
5. Enjoy as a straight double shot, or steam milk for a flat white or latte.
