Join us for Brew Lab, a fun and interactive introduction to the world of specialty coffee.

Designed for beginners and curious coffee lovers, this one-hour and a half guided experience explores what makes every cup unique—from where the coffee is grown to how it's processed, roasted, and brewed.

During the session, you'll:

• Discover how origin, processing method, roast level, and brewing method influence flavour
• Taste a curated selection of single-origin coffees brewed using different methods
• Compare flavour, aroma, body, and acidity in a guided tasting
• Brew your own coffee using brewing equipment , with guidance every step of the way
• Leave with practical tips and recipes to recreate great coffee at home
