One of the questions we hear most often is:

"How do you brew your coffee?"

The honest answer?

There isn't one right way.

Some of our customers brew Sonnet in a simple drip coffee maker every morning. Others dial in Saga on an espresso machine to the second and the gram. Some love Proem in a French press, while others swear by a V60 or AeroPress.

We'd love to collect all the recipes that have worked well with Poets & Prose Coffee and create a growing library of recipes from our community—real brewing routines from real people.

Whether your recipe is beautifully simple or wonderfully nerdy, we'd love to feature it.

Your recipe could be as simple as...

"I brew Sonnet in my Moccamaster. Two scoops for two cups. It's my weekday morning ritual."

Or as detailed as...

"I use Saga for espresso. Mazzer Philos grinder at setting 35. Fellow Series 1 with a custom profile. 18g in, 36ml out in 29 seconds at 93°C."

Every recipe is valuable because someone else may discover their next favourite cup through it.

What to Include

Share as much or as little as you'd like.

Coffee

Coffee name (Sonnet, Saga, Proem, Ode, etc.)

Whole bean or pre-ground/ Roast level/Origin/Processing Method - If it changes how you brew your coffee

Equipment

Grinder, Brewer or espresso machine, Kettle/scale etc.

Recipe

Here you can include any details relevant to your recipe , such as, Coffee dose, Water amount, Grind setting, Water temperature, Brew time, Ratio, Any special techniques or tips.

Don't Worry About Being "Perfect"

You don't need expensive equipment. You don't need to know extraction percentages. You don't even need a scale.

If your recipe helps someone make a better cup of coffee tomorrow than they made today, it's worth sharing.
