Proem is our naturally processed Ethiopian medium roast from the highlands of Gedeb, in the famed Yirgacheffe region. Grown at breathtaking elevations between 1,900–2,200 meters, this coffee delivers the vibrant, expressive character Ethiopia is celebrated for.
Expect a beautifully layered cup with lush fruit sweetness, floral aromatics, and a silky finish. The natural process—where coffee cherries are carefully dried on raised beds under the Ethiopian sun—creates remarkable depth and complexity, bringing forward a lively and fruit-forward profile while preserving elegance and clarity.
Sourced directly and ethically from smallholder growers in the Gedeb district, this coffee reflects both extraordinary terroir and generations of coffee-growing expertise.
