Grown in the highlands of Guji, this Grade 1 natural-processed coffee comes from smallholder farmers in and around Shekiso, where traditional Ethiopian heirloom varieties thrive at elevations of 1,800–2,150 metres above sea level.
The region’s cool climate, high elevation and native shade trees encourage slow cherry development, helping build the vibrant fruit character for which Guji coffees are known. The cherries are naturally processed and carefully dried, preserving the coffee’s expressive fruit and floral qualities.
In the cup, expect blueberry and dried cranberry sweetness, layered with cacao nibs and a hint of nutmeg. Bright, clean citric acidity and a medium body create a balanced cup, while the finish lingers with delicate fruity and floral notes.
A versatile Ethiopian natural that can shine across pour-over, drip, espresso, French press and cold brew.
